Qualifications
Before you begin the process of applying, please remember you should meet ALL of the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate school or a recent graduate
- Must be within the ages of 18 and 25
- MUST be able to attend all dates associated with the Summit you are applying for and attend all scheduled meetings/events
Application Process
- After you submit your application, you will be contacted to schedule a phone interview.
- Upon your acceptance into the program, you will be required to pay or raise $500 to cover a portion of the expenses necessary to hold the program. Detailed information about how to raise funds, due dates and where to send the funds will be mailed to you upon admission into the program.

- Completed application form
- Resume
- Two references. Include their full name, phone number and/or email, one of which must be from a member of your community (e.g. imam or community leader); neither letter can be from an immediate or extended family member
- A personal statement which explains why you want to be participate in MPAC’s Young Leaders Summit, and why you believe you should be selected. (No more than 1 page in length)
- Agreement to all terms listed as part of the application
